Sarting To Pack On Some Nice Muscle!
Packing on muscle has always been hard for me. I mean, I can get bulky, but when I start my diet to get cut I always seem to lose a lot of my muscle. I've tried eating more protein and that seems to help some, but I need to really watch that I don't do too much cardio when I start to get closer to a contest. I think I'm looking pretty good here...
